Thank you for this note. I hadn’t heard this news. I have been following Christopher intermittently until he stopped his blog recently. I know I will miss his work. Thanks for the news of the work at the publisher. I think a read through of Bryant & May from the beginning would be nice now and a good memorial. Wish I were able to take a tour of London a la Arthur Bryant!

Such sad news Martin. I liked Chris very much, such fun and adored his writing. I had a very jolly evening out with him and Ion Mills at Crimefest a few years back. XOX ANNETTE
I’m so very sad. Chris Fowler has been one of my favorite writers for at least a decade since I discovered his Bryant and May novels. So many of us will miss him.
Annette, Carol, thanks very much. It is indeed sad. I'm glad to have known him and I look forward to catching up with some of those books of his that I haven't yet read.
