Dog and Cat went through a few more changes but these are very close to the final characters you see in the book!📚

I feel like the character for Cat appeared quite quickly and he didn’t change too much from the early drawings. I just added a lil bit more fluffiness to make him look a bit more pesky and cheeky in the final artwork!😼

Dog definitely took a little longer to get right and he changed quite a lot. I do love drawing a big chunky bum (as you can see in some of these sketches!😂)Though we all felt he looked better slimmer with longer limbs to make his proportions a bit different from Cats! His overall look is loosely based on the Borzoi breed!🐕
