(Seems that was PatientPop, a healthcare SaaS that reached a $1 billion valuation last year.)

Justin then monetized his audience, first via consulting, then mainly with paid courses.

Consulting: $1.17M
Community: $130k
MRR: $84k

If you can find 4 each day to pay you $70, you have a $100k business.

It’s definitely not easy, but also not as daunting as you think.
