Images and variations 022423

I spent quite a bit of time today devoted to a couple of subjects. One centered around the idea of a doorway in space-time through which alternate views of reality might flow. The other theme involved Platonic solids caught up in frenzied situations. A sample prompt for the door images is, “a doorway which is a portal to a magnificent starry sky, in a desert. white sand dunes, mountains in the distance, dramatic lighting”. The other prompts were similar. Below is a sample set of generations from those prompts:

I then submitted some of the generations to the variation process, and some resulting images appear below:

I took some of the variations and ran them through a second variation process and some of  the rather abstract resulting images appear below:

The images of the Platonic solids resulted from prompts similar to this one, “realistic, detailed Platonic solids are cavorting with djinns in lightning storm, on a stark landscape, dramatic lighting”. Below are some resulting images:

I then submitted some of those generations to the variation process, and some resulting images appear below:

I pursued a few other ideas, but none was developed to the extent of the doors and solids:

Overall, I felt like I got into a good flow with the AI after a while and I think some of the resulting generations have merit as esthetic images.
