Years ago, I purchased this wonderful gem of a book from the Renaissance Magazine. As a lover of historical events, I’ve been able to learn a great deal on a particular day from the time-period beginning with the Vikings to the Renaissance. In addition, there’s a Dictionary of Medieval Terms in the back. I thought it would be fun to explore “On this Day…” and look forward to sharing more in my Medieval Monday posts.
