Butterflies: Is your classroom a team or group?

In this teachers workshop, we’ll be discussing the concept of butterflies and how it can be used to help improve classroom dynamics. We will also be discussing the difference between team building and group dynamics. We will be looking at the butterfly context to help us understand how butterflies impact to work as a team and how to create positive group dynamics in our classrooms.
