How does The Course on Website Flipping help you make money?

Mushfiq’s course aims to teach you how to flip websites.

The idea of website flipping, similar to real estate flipping, is to purchase an income-producing website, make some improvements, and then sell (ie. flip) to someone else for a profit.

Mushfiq’s course sells itself as a platform for website flippers from all walks of life.

The official word…

This course is both for beginners and experts.

For beginners, the course will walk you through the beginning concepts all the way to executing the sale of your site. You will learn the terminology, where to find sites to buy, how to do due diligence and valuations, and how to position your website for sale.

For experts, this course can act as a standardized framework for you to systematically build a portfolio of website flips.

In addition, both beginners and experts will find immense value in the live due diligence and teardown videos of real sites included with the course.

Having looked into the training, I found this description satisfactory, but I still think it’s more suitable for people with some experience running income-producing websites.

I say that because the course doesn’t teach some fundamental concepts related to things like  SEO or web design. It assumes you already have knowledge in those areas.

70+ ways how to make money online (including easy options)Does Mushfiq Sarker have a good reputation?

Yes.

During my research of Mushfiq Sarker and The Course on Website Flipping, I did not find any criticism for the training and its creator.

One of the most prolific website flippers out there, Mushfiq has been selling websites since 2008. He claims to have sold more than 200 websites, some of them for six figures. And I have no reason to doubt those numbers.

Mushfiq now passes his knowledge on to other website flippers via his courses and due diligence services.

So yeah, Mushfiq is as legit as they come.

Are Mushfiq Sarker’s students getting results?

It’s hard to tell.

You’ll find lots of praise for Mushfiq online, but I found few testimonials that speak to tangible results achieved from following his advice.

Unfortunately, nearly all TCOWF success stories seem to offer generic praise rather than speak to the results achieved from following the training.

I found the reviews for Mushfiq’s site breakdown services to be more insightful. People claim that Mushfiq’s advice there has helped save them a lot of money.

That said, what The Course on Website Flipping teaches is solid. I assume we’ll see more students reporting tangible results in due time.

How much does The Course on Website Flipping cost?

For access to The Course on Website Flipping, there are two options:

The latter adds up to a total price of $690.

You get lifetime access with either option.

Keep in mind that you’ll likely need plenty more money to follow the training, mainly so you can buy and improve a website before flipping it.

Mushfiq told me via email that the refund period is unlimited, meaning you can request a refund whenever. (This is rare!)

I haven’t seen anyone reporting issues getting a refund on their purchase, so you can rest easy with this guarantee.

How is The Course on Website Flipping structured?

Here’s what the course looks like once you log in and open one of the lessons…

The core training is broken up into 8 main modules which have more than 50 lessons. Nearly all of them are in video format and have a total runtime of 6+ hours.

There is no search function within The Course on Website Flipping, but I still found it easy to navigate. The modules are well organized, and most lessons are broken up into 15-minute chunks.

I found the course very comprehensive. Not only does it go through the nuts and bolts of website flipping, it also offers examples of past sales and Mushfiq’s analysisx of websites that were up for sale. (This is the real gold, IMO.)

The Course on Website Flipping comes with a variety of bonuses. These include various templates, spreadsheets, site teardowns, due diligence reviews, and discounts for Mushfiq’s other courses. He also told me via email that he adds/updates the course material regularly, usually making some change or improvement at least once a month.

There is no dedicated private community for students, but there is a private Facebook group that any of Mushfiq’s followers can request access to. That’s a good place to hang out if you have questions or comments about website flipping, though it’s not super-active…

It seems to be a solid investment if you’re committed to building a website flipping business, but ideally you’d have some experience with topics like SEO and web design before diving in.
