Mon. Dec. 5, 2022: Intent for the Week — Clarity

This week is busy with the potential for through the roof.

The weekend was busy, and by the end of it, I felt old and grumpy and disappointed in myself.

This week, I want clarity: What is a real, pressing issue, and where am I putting unnecessary pressure on myself? What needs immediate attention, and what can be rescheduled without causing distress to anyone?

Finding clarity in the way I prioritize will help me get done what needs to be done, while keeping stress levels under control. It means stopping and taking a breath in the moment, while stepping back to take a better look at the overall picture of what has to get done between now and December 21 (Solstice).

It means asking myself, is this actually a problem, or am I creating one where none exists?

Doing this work actively and several times a day, along with maintining the daily yoga and meditaion practices, possibly upping them, will keep me on track.

I want to actually enjoy the holidays, not feel so overwhelmed that all I do is sleep right through them, because there’s nothing left in the tank.

What is your intent this week?
