I made more money from a product made in 2 weeks than with startups I spent months building. [image error][image error][image error]
It’s a simple product called 400+ places to promote your startup. Last I checked, it had racked up 180 sales and I’d estimate about $15,000 in revenue within those first 2 weeks.
Sounds like Xavier’s previous startups were software as a service (SaaS), a type of business which he says “is super hard to grow, probably because we focus too much on complexity.”
The approach he recommends, “if you need fast money”…
– start with a service
– Create info products from the lessons learned
– Automate your service as much as you can
– Build a SaaS out of it.
