What philosophies have captivated you? Do we believe in Jesus, or do we believe in our beliefs?

Several things can take us captive. We get hijacked and we’re no longer working with Jesus. Paul suggests we can be taken captive by philosophy (worldviews), empty deceit (lies), human tradition (the way we’ve always done it), and elemental spirits.
