Sneek Peek of Spell, Don't Tell!
The release date for SPELL, DON'T TELL is coming up soon. With that, I wanted to give y'all a taste of the book, because it is so juicy. Things are progressing with Paige and Grim nicely.
He rose and pulled me up. We stood there a moment, staring at one another while the cool wind wrapped itself around my legs. Grim was all heat, his body practically a furnace. I relished the warmth coming off him as he whispered in my ear, his lips caressing my skin, “Ready to go?”
A knot lumped up in my throat. “Yes,” I whispered.
He led me to his car and we rode in silence for a few minutes. I didn’t know where we were going, and I didn’t care.
But it was while I watched blurred trees and streaming lights whizz by that I remembered what he’d said earlier. “What did you mean when you told me that you thought the taco restaurant was safe? What was that all about?”
He leaned his head back in the seat. “What I meant was exactly that, it was safe.”
“From what?”
He shifted and I sensed that what I’d asked made him uncomfortable. “Grim, is there something you’re not telling me?”
“No, there’s just something I haven’t said yet.”
“That’s the same thing.”His eyes cut to me and his lips curled in a smirk. “I was hoping to investigate this before you remembered what I’d said.”
“You just said it tonight.”
“I know.” He sighed. “Come on. I’ll show you.”
“Show me what?”
“What it is that I thought we’d be safe from back there.”
Houses came into sight. The spaces between them narrowed and I realized we were getting closer to downtown. “Where are we going?”
“My house.”
“What do you have in your house that you can show me?”
He turned to look at me full-on and the expression in his eyes was so chilling that my breath caught. “There’s a lot that I can show you. There are monsters of all kinds hidden there. And if you want to learn how to protect yourself from them, that’s the best place to start.”
I swallowed the lump that had formed in my throat. Now I was protecting myself from monsters? What sort of secret did Grim have?
As the car picked up speed again and the houses became a blur, I realized that I didn’t know a thing about the evils that lay in Willow Lake.
But I was about to find out.

To add to that, I have HUGE news!
Grim is getting his own series! It's the first time I've written a male lead and I'm so, so excited. Really looking forward to the cover reveal on this one.
WARNING: the blurb contains spoilers for SPELL, DON'T TELL. If you don't want to be surprised, then you won't want to read. But if you're brave, go ahead and check it out!
