Celestial Knight Book three Issues

So, the Amazon.com content team decided to pull Celestial Knight's third book which was released last month, War and Treachery, because they believed I was in copyright violation on the cover image.

They would not reveal why they believed that.

I'm working on getting that straightened out, so far it's been a frustrating three days. Apparently the content team only corresponds through e-mail, and they can't be bothered to send more than one e-mail per day. There are no phones, no chat options, no bosses or any alternative. Just emails.

I sent overwhelming proof the first day, and they said they needed a bill of sale the next morning.

So I referenced the proof I'd already sent, including the part where it said I could use the image for free. I then challenged them by asking how I could have a bill of sale or contract for something that cost nothing and was free for every user on the website.

Just to be sure of it, I furnished further proof. I provided two links, one to the website where I got the image as well as the copyright usage page of the specific image owner. I also gathered extra screen shots, so they could be sure the image in question was the one being referred to by the website info box.

They replied back this morning that they couldn't take my word for it. Can you imagine? All that proof, was only my word.

So instead of continuing a fight with a pack of morons who could not explain what they really needed, and making statements directly contradicting the very thing I did, I changed the cover and republished. There are some hills I'd stand and die on, this was not one of them.

In short, the book should be available again soon, albeit with a new cover image, and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Anyone who already has the book shouldn't be effected, but until the book is approved the page will not be found on Amazon.
