Start was delayed due to some attendees being delayed in traffic. Not surprising in the Bay Area, but if you know you're going to be doing a webcast – leave early that day .

1 year away from an announcement on release. Apparently blogs were mistakenly reporting they were releasing today, but that is not the case. They are announcing open sourcing of the project today – along with some demo's. This means that external developers will now be working...
