King Charles 'cash-for-honours' probe – where’s Oliver Cromwell when you need him?

The Metropolitan Police have confirmed they interviewed two men in connection to the cash for honours investigation into King Charles' aides and his charitable foundation.

Former Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker previously insisted police should investigate. In February, a full investigation was launched into potential offences committed under the Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act 1925 – raising the possibility of Charles being interviewed by the police.
