Full Fix: Corrupt local group policy on Windows 10 11, 7

There is this blue little blinking light next to my power button on the top of the case. I have only just noticed this now and am quite worried. The light is next to the mic, headset and 2 USB 3.0 ports. To remotely turn on the target phone's cellphone mic, turn on the 'listen to surroundings' feature on the PhoneSpector dashboard.
