INJECT MY AGENDA

and realize that the content
of what we are talking about
is irrelevant and that the

STRUCTURE and the
FORM and the
HOW of how we are talking
to each other is the only thing
that's important.

That by really listening to you,
I will transmit the message
that "I think you matter"

so that I can know that I matter

and wasn't that all each one of us
ever really wanted

in the first place?
