Sundays (or the day before you return to work for a new week) are perfect for shedding off the week and setting yourself up for the week ahead. Here are some of the things I do to reset for a new week on Sundays.

Wash my hair Longer walk with the dogMeal prep some lunches for the week Plan my outfits for work for the week Clean and tidy the house Change the bedsheets Put a clothes wash onLonger yoga sessionJournal about the week (gone and or ahead, setting intentions)Read for longer Errands or any adminBlog post writtenA bulk of my University reading done Jog or workout Play game YouTube video inspirationPost my content
