Almost 2 weeks

Never thought a result can appear this fast.

It has been almost 2 weeks since I’ve shifted to this new place. My entire diet has been changed because my flatmate is a pure vegetarian. So, i’ve been eating loads and loads of vegetables.

Most importantly it consists beetroot, carrot and cabbage.

And an early morning regimen of eating 3 dates and any 2 fruits everyday.

Within a span of one week, one of my friends asked that my skin is glowing, what am I doing? Is it because I’ve stopped traveling up and down.That was when i realised… In fact after that was when i started observing what all changes I’ve made. So, the above mentioned two are the most important ones I feel.

The other things like I take 900mg spirulina capsules daily morning.

One boiled egg in the morning.

High quality cocoa powder + ganoderma extract + lingzhi coffee + cordyceps powder in a one cup with cereal made hot water alone in the evening.

Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner 😉
