Wow

Can't believe that the Times allowed this opinion piece to get by their editors, but it's solid. Really follows what I've been saying re debt fueled crises being the main instigator of change in our world (as it was with the fall of communism etc). Wonder what this one will bring. The piece claims that a change in the IMF's colonizing ways might be in store. We'll see if things get better or not.
