One of the best definitions I’ve read for trauma;
“Anything that exceeds your nervous system’s ability to cope.”
There are things, places, people, situations you can’t cope with.
And it’s okay.
You aren’t born to be everything and anything.
You are born to be you.
And you have unique needs and wants.
You have unique purpose for your life.
You have to “study” yourself. You have to get to know yourself.
What it is that YOU need?
What kind of routines do you need to thrive?!
What kind of environment do you need to live a peaceful fulfilled life?!
How often do you like to travel?
What are some comfort zones that are beneficial to leave and beneficial to keep yourself into?
There is no one way of living.
