Update for Readers

Update for readers and followers:

So my new western, COLTER'S VENGEANCE is out and available, but I thought I'd update readers on what I'm working on for the months to come.

In the near term, I'm preparing another short epic poem of publication, this one focusing on a young man caught up in the American Revolution at the Battles of Lexington and Concord, at the opening of the war. Hoping to publish later in the summer or early fall, but no set dates yet. Have some thoughts of turning it into a series of epic/pulpy poems (Can an epic poem be pulpy? I hope so 'cause that's what I wrote!) following this young man through the war and all the danger and adventures faced fighting for freedom and the safety of those close to him, along with being forced to grow quickly by the realities of war.

I'm also going through the editing process for my next book. This one is something new for me, and is a sports drama about an up-and-coming boxer at a pivotal moment in his career, when his first defeat sends him down a path that forces him to decide what kind of person he wants to be in life. Kind of a battle between the ease of temptation and fame versus something longer and more fulfilling, all while trying to fight for a title of his own. Hoping to publish sometimes towards the end of the year, depending on how the editing goes.

For the scifi fans, I'm working on a rough draft for a sequel to THE BOYS OF THE BREACH. More multiversal action-adventure/military scifi coming, though realistically it will probably be sometime next year before it's in shape to publish. Keep an eye out, and thank you all for reading!
