In previous Wisdom of the Soul classes, we discussed some of the primary differences between thoughts and feelings. In this Sunday's class (July 24), we'll explore different types of thinking.
We'll begin with task-related vs task-unrelated thoughts. We'll move on to intrusive thoughts and the so-called monkey-mind. I'll explain the difference between deductive and inductive thinking, as well as the nature of intuition — the wisdom of our conscience beyond knowing right from wrong.
