I know a lot of people out there struggle with sleep and I totally relate! My sleep was awful a couple years ago and I went on a journey to fix it. I’ve been coached a lot on this by different experts and so I’d like to share what I’ve learned along the way and what has helped me. I always have a snack right before bed that includes protein and glucose. Honey milk is one of my favorites.
