After all is in order, the eBook edition shall be published along with the paperback edition. If there is sufficient demand, a hard cover editon shall also be provided. This book covers things not previously covered in "A Gracious Enemy & After the War volume One" These are things such as the 'Tiger Cages and 'Operation Vulture' as well as the actions of the Americans against King Norodom Shiranouk of Cambodia and the formation of the Khmer Rouge. That disgusting pack were sent packing by the Vietnamese army after the successful invasion of Kampuchea by Vietnam. It may interest some readers that the Vietnamese Veterans of the Kampuchean War ended up suffering the very same syptoms of PTSD as did the Allied Veterans of the Second Indochina War (Vietnam War).
