Drabble #2

These drabbles aren’t supposed to be connected in any way, but I sometimes can’t help making connections. It’s part of the way my brain works.

This second drabble goes with Drabble #1 because someone on Instagram commented on that drabble asking if the guy in the van at the corner might be the girl’s love. Well, that thought couldn’t be ignored. I had to write something that hints at that.

Now, the question is – who are these two to each other? Have they known each other in the past? Do they have a common acquaintance? Are they complete strangers?
