Your environment matters.

Look around and throw away anything and everything that you don’t love.

Only keep things that spark joy.

You can change your thoughts by changing your environment.

You can motivate yourself by having an organized tidy space.

Create designated areas for reading, working, eating, sleeping and entertainment. Even if you have just your bedroom, do it.

Your home/room should be your sacred space where you are excited to go and happy to spend time.

Make it yours, unique to your needs.

Create the space you love to be in.
