Afterlands: After the Harrowing is an indie novella following the Beforetimes short stories by Boots. Though they aren’t necessary to enjoy After the Harrowing, they’re a wonderful addition to the world and characters. Boots writes a fantastically woven tale of love, friendship, and traversing the intricacies and nuances of a land ravaged by war.
