Know Thyself

Building a relationship with yourself is the hardest part of the human experience.

You might be living with yourself but never build a relationship with YOU.

It’s like having a neighbor for 20 years and never saying hi to them.

Socrates said To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.

From Aristotle to Plato, from Nelson Mandela to William Shakespeare every great thinker, writer, philosopher or leader has talked about the importance of knowing thyself.

Maybe they knew a bit about life and maybe they all had gone mad and have said some crazy things.

But one thing is for sure you are born with yourself and you die with yourself.

All you really, truly have is you, and dying without getting to know yourself would be such a shame.
