Blogging A to Z challenge

Okay, I'm in. My muse, Boo, told me I've got to do it. She can be pretty insistent. So, even as my inner critic Zelda tells me I've sprung a leak in the thinking part of my brain, I've decided to go for it.
The challenge is to write a blog six days a week, Monday through Saturday,  for the month of April. The posts must be written in alphabetical order, each post corresponding to a letter of the alphabet.
Because April is National Poetry month, I've decided to post a poem a day for the challenge, using titles from A to Z. The first poem, Alphabet, will be coming at you next Monday.
