Struggles? Need encouragement?

I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning. Two thoughts came to mind. One - Who would I be letting down? Two - What I put in motion stays in motion. What I put at rest tends to stay at rest. I got up at went for a twenty minute swim. Started my day out great. Stay in motion. It’ll turn to motivation.
