How to Have Your Best Monday Ever

You need a really good Monday. Especially when you consider all the bad news and conflict swirling around us - the Trayvon Martin case, the ObamaCare hearings and mandates, Iran's saber-rattling, and nagging high unemployment rates.



So what could be the key to having your best Monday ever? Worship.



A new Gallup/Healthways well-being index reveals that if you attend worship at least once a week, you will experience 10% more positive emotions PLUS 20% fewer negative emotions on Monday. And those figures stay consistent throughout the whole week. 



Perhaps it's because faith strengthens you for tough times. Maybe it's because of the social relationships that come from attending worship. Or it could be the same healing experience that studies have shown cause regular worshippers to live longer, experience less depression, suffer fewer divorces, and bounce back more quickly from surgery.
