This image was burned into my memory in grade school, it was when I first heard the word "Propaganda." These three men: Jose Rizal, Marcelo H. del Pilar and Mariano Ponce were the "Triumvirate" of the Propaganda Movement and the newspaper La Solidaridad. In college, propaganda took on a negative meaning. After college I tried haircuts at a salon named Propaganda (emphasis on ganda).
