The Pirate Ghost (Formerly known as the Curmudgeon) Do you have a link to this "Chard?" ...especially since your recipe is as old as I am. (You know it's not far from where you are they learned how to cook Poke Salad too. All I can say is, "there must have been some very hungry people where we're from." Almost as hungry as the guy who figured out how to cook and eat artichokes.")

Connie Cox Ha! Chard definitely looks like the same thing that grows in the cow pastures around here. I'm posting the recipe on Friday. I just used the one I use for spinach. (At least chard doesn't kill you if you cook it wrong, like Poke Salat does. At least I think it doesn't.)


The Pirate Ghost (Formerly known as the Curmudgeon) Ah...yes, poisonous vegtables.. taste just like spinach ... if you cook them right... if not.. then the taste is the least of your worries.
