Feeling guilty because you’ve done something you aren’t proud of is the wrong use of time.
Worrying is a misuse of one’s imagination said someone wise.
Bitting up yourself because you wasted all day is stupid.
It’s another excuse not to do what you actually want to do.
It’s all one big trap.
Guilt is just an indication of you needing the change, not a place you need to spend hours weeks, or years.
Instead of feeling guilty just do what you were supposed to do in the first place. If not now you have the next minute and then the next and again the next one.
To do what’s right there is no wrong time.
But also if not now when?!
