New Audio Adventure

I'm pleased to announce that I've just made a deal to have an audio book done of my first novel, Shh! It's a Secret: a novel about Aliens, Hollywood, and the Bartender's Guide. I'm hoping it will be available this summer.

This is only the second time I've ventured into this area, following the audio book version of Father of the Bride of Frankenstein. Personally I'm old school and like to read actual, physical books. (Currently reading 700+ pages of Charles Dickens's The Pickwick Papers.) However when I started working with my current publisher, Fantastic Books, I told them that if people wanted to give us money for e-books, we should definitely take them up on it. And we do.

However being a small press they do not have an audio book division and I retain those rights So after going through a number of auditions of prospective reader/producers, I found one who gets the material and who seems like a good fit. I may have more to say down the road, but for those who primarily consume books through their audio versions, I'm pleased to say that I'll have something for you to enjoy sometime soon.
