Rant on GLOBE Customer Service.
I always hear about bad customer service from GLOBE and I did not realize that the company actually lacks genuine customer service until I had to endure it yesterday in the Globe Glorietta branch. Both the Globe Website and the Globe FB Page does not provide a way to lodge a formal complaint. I tried Globe on Messenger and received an automated reply that irritated me even more.
