Hi there! I’m a business professional, mother, keto enthusiast, nature lover, and writer. Welcome!

I live in Nevada and have three very energetic husky dogs, which keep me active. I’m passionate about mental health.

I’m an avid hiker and love to go camping in the mountains. I also enjoy fishing, fashion, trails, photography, coffee, reading, and painting.

I grew up in Iowa in the 1980s, with a mentally ill parent. This helped form and shape my perspective and experience around what it was like living with the chaos, pain, and confusion of mental illness.

I wrote about the agony and triumph of my life, in a book called Born Into Crazy.
