Moving On

Thanks to you all, the paperback release has exceeded my wildest expectations. You guys rock! So, what’s next? First, let me knock out a few questions I’m getting.

About the audiobook. Yes, I’m definitely interested in doing an audio book. If eBook and paperback sales continue to rise, then I’ll probably start really looking into a narrator at the end of the summer. I’m a huge audiobook fan, mostly because I commute a lot during the week. So if things keep going well, yes, an audiobook is in our future.

The other question I get a lot is where to buy the book. That’s totally up to you guys. Amazon… fine, small bookstore, fine… want a signed copy from me, very cool. Whatever suits you. I personally like to support the smaller bookstores, but sometimes convenience is a big factor. On the EBook side, I think the Nook version looks better than Kindle. Why? I have no idea, it’s the same format, but the Nook just looks sleek.

Alright, time for book 2 update. Since my last post, I’ve modified one of the characters slightly, which meant updating the series. That took a while. With the book 2 chapter outline, I’m through chapter 16. My goal for each of the next books is to end around chapter 50 or so. There was a lot to unpack in book 1, so its length couldn’t be helped.

But Mike, when will you start WRITING!?
