Today I offer the first of what will probably be a series of classic comic book images in which I ask, "What the heck is going on in this panel?" First up is something from Captain America #131, cover dated November 1970. Below is the image, completely unaltered by me, except for some minor altering for clarity, crispening, and to get my point across about the sheer what-the-heckedness of the
