Isaac Toups shares his tipsy shrimp recipe

1. In a small non-stick skillet, toast fennel seeds and black pepper over medium-low heat to get the flavor, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool then grind in a spice grinder. In a bowl, mix ground fennel and black pepper with Aleppo pepper and salt. Place the shrimp in a baking pan and thoroughly mix both sides with the spice mixture.
