Week Two -- Cheese

Cheese (Specifically Mozzarella)

First, yesterday was my birthday. And.. this is the fun/scary part. Harrison, my wonderful son, bought me a skateboard for my birthday. He got all the pads for me too. Thank goodness. So, I guess I'm going to learn to skateboard. So, if next week's post looks a little crazy, it's because I'm only typing with one hand because I've broken my wrist.
