March 10, 2022: Ogre Miniatures Set 4 Tooling

As we prepare for a crowdfunding campaign to bring Ogre Miniatures Set 4 from our wish list to your table, we've now reviewed — and provided feedback on — the new plastic miniatures included in the set. This project has been in the works for a few years now and is one of those long-delayed tasks that got overrun by the global pandemic as we shifted our attention to keeping the top-selling games in stock and supported. Nevertheless, the work continued to move ahead slowly as we traded images and STL files with the factory throughout a lot of 2020 and most of 2021. A few days ago we had another review session. They're not perfect yet, but they are getting there.

We're not yet ready to share photos of the new minis, and we don't have a date for the crowdfunding campaign, but this is an early warning to Ogre players everywhere: Ogre Miniatures Set 4 is proceeding and very likely to be ready for support later this year. We hope that many of you will join us in making these new miniatures just as soon as we're ready to pull the trigger and launch a crowdfunding campaign.
