Ghost hunting in Port Aransas

I was beachwalking with a friend the other morning. The shoreline was dotted with gentlemen, and some ladies, all wearing rain boots. Strapped to their belts were plastic jugs with an opening cut out of the side. Bent over slightly, these people shoved lengths of PVC pipe into the wet sand and yanked out some mud.
