I got your book and currently reading it. In the Appendix and just before you get into the Seven point plot, you mentioned that Writing to the Point by Algis Budrys, is currently out of print. I am happy to say that it still exists in ebook form. I think I got mine from a book bundle by David Farland. I think I seen it in a book bundle from Kevin J. Anderson as well.
