How we can escape the vicious circle racism?
Every time someone complains about urine or feces on the streets of San Francisco, a deep, seething rage bubbles up inside of me, I swear to God. I don’t know how it is finding bathrooms in other major cities, but in San Francisco? Impossible.
And it makes me so fucking angry because it’s just class warfare, plain and simple.
Class warfare and ableism. Diabetics and many other people need frequent access to toilets even if they are middle or upper class. I used to have a lengthy commute in Philadelphia that was always a problem because I needed to pee less than an hour after peeing, around the time of day that I had to go home – my body would take that time to start dumping water – but my commute was usually an hour and nowhere along the route had public bathrooms.
This is grim.
