Read All Twelve Books in The Underworld Saga for Free with Kindle Unlimited
Kindle Unlimited subscribers will be pleased to learn that USA Today bestselling author Eva Pohler (that's me) has enrolled her Underworld Saga--comprised of three trilogies and a bonus box set--into Amazon's Kindle Unlimited Program.

Originally titled The Gatekeeper's Saga, the series was changed to The Underworld Saga to better accommodate the third trilogy and to make the content of the series more evident to readers.
Each trilogy has an ending, giving readers the option to stop after the first, second, or third trilogy without feeling unsatisfied. The books in the bonus box set are standalone novels--Persephone: The Prequel, Charon's Quest, and Gods of Olympus: An Interactive Adventure (that harkens to the choose-your-own adventure stories from the eighties).
The series begins with a bang as seventeen-year-old Therese is riding in the car with her parents, and they are shot at by an unknown assailant, causing the vehicle to careen from a bridge into a pond. Therese's parents drown, and she barely escapes with her life.
While in a coma, Therese meets the gods of sleep and death, fraternal twin gods who resemble hot eighteen-year-old boys. She thinks she's dreaming, and as a lucid dreamer, she takes control and kisses the god of death.
Thanatos had never been kissed. His brother, Hypnos, has had plenty of dalliances with both goddesses and mortals alike, but Thanatos has been a dutiful servant to Hades and has never veered from his responsibility of bringing souls to his father's Underworld kingdom.
After Therese wakes from her coma, the god of death petitions Hades for a chance to follow her to the Upperworld, to have his first chance at love and adventure. Hades agrees, but not without a catch: Thanatos (AKA Than) must help the girl avenge her parents' murders.
After falling in love with the god of death and desperate to prove she's worthy to become a goddess (so they can be together), Therese eventually finds herself in an arena face-to-face with her parents' killer, and only one will survive.

The Underworld Saga begins as a young adult paranormal romance, but it quickly morphs into urban fantasy as Therese becomes entangled with the gods of Mount Olympus. Some root for her success in joining the pantheon, while others try to kill her.
If she's to become a goddess, Therese must discover her unique purpose and contribution to the world or humanity. What will she be the goddess of?
Therese also discovers the blatant gender disparity among the gods and the flippant attitude Zeus and other gods have toward marriage. The teen begins to question her decision to attempt to become one of them.
Despite the many threats and obstacles Therese and Than face during their burgeoning romance, readers can expect a big, fat, happy ending to each of the trilogies.
Although these ebooks can be read for free by Kindle Unlimited subscribers, those who aren't subscribed to the Amazon program can still purchase the ebooks either individually for $7.99 or in trilogy box sets for $9.99 each (a much better value).
Readers can also find The Underworld Saga in paperback and audiobook at most online vendors, and very soon the series will be available in hardback. Be on the lookout for that announcement.
Meanwhile, readers can learn more about each book in the series by visiting this page, or by going to Amazon here.
