MIKE FINK, "King of the River" (1942)

From True Comics #8, back in Jan 1942, comes this "true" adventure of Davy's one-time rival. Don't know who drew it. Someone called "the coot" stuck it up on ComicBookPlus, and No, I don't think it was Cap'n Bob.
