View from my coffee cup–No is a good response.

We know that saying No expresses our disagreement, and so in many instances, we say No as a final decision. But, saying No is not always an acceptable response, and, things may not go well when we say No. For example, we may not fit in and we may even be belittled after we’ve said No.

Know that fear will raise its ugly head to make us feel wrong when we exercise our right to say No. Fear will silence one person and makes the next person angry. How do you respond to fear when it shows up? No is a good response.

In my book, THE SOLID ROCK (Other ground is sinking sand) I write about fear as showing up in our lives in numerous ways and when we pay attention, we recognize its forms and banish it into oblivion where it belongs. No is a good response.
