Service and Worship

Working on the mission trip book and I ran across this quote. Next week 27 students from seven churches from Northwest and Central Arkansas will gather together in Fort Smith for Destination: Fort Smith.

Using their hands and feet, the students - ranging in age from third to seventh grade - will help the Salvation Army (our host site) with two different mission projects.

Hopefully they will learn how to be the hands and feet of Jesus next week - serving those who are lost and helpless (in both body and soul).

My prayer is that they will learn how their service can and is, a form of worship.
