Safe to say...

It is safe to say that as human beings we can in no legitimate way be classified as 'apex predators'. We keep no ecosystems in balance by being here, in fact we are disrupting all existing ecosystems and threatening life on Earth through human-induced climate change and pollution galore. Not only are we NOT helping, we aren't even letting creatures that make a difference find the safety and space they need to do what they do.
